Andre Loiseau started as a pot and pan washer at the young ag
e of 15 in the kitchen of his grandfather's restaurant and that's how his love for cooking all began. His experiences in France led him to some luxurious breweries and all the way to the highest step of politics: the Senate in Paris! In 2006, with his rich and vast experience, he realized his Quebec dream...he opened his first ever restaurant: La Carte Blanche.
A young chef-owner crazily in love with his work and a creative French cuisine inspired by different cultures awaits you in an elegant and refined atmosphere. Discover excellent local products such as: Parmentier de confit de canard, ris de veau, foie gras, fish and crustacées... Here we make it our goal to change the menu with the seasons.
Carte Blanche is a combination of attentive service, a hearty meal and a great wine list offering a selection of private imports marrying perfectly the dishes offered.
In addition to welcoming you individually, we can also organize all sorts of group events (up to 55 people), cocktail parties and 5 to 7 Happy Hour (up to 100 people). We also can respond to your catering needs !
