Bistro Bienville just have been named as one of the
top new restaurants in the country by enRoute
magazine. It is a self-described ‘cuisine conviviale’
at Montreal. A tiny place about a 25 seats included a
bar and open kitchen have eight dishes available at a
time. However, The menu changes often.
